Deposits
Please note deposits are non-refundable, unless I have to personally cancel our date due to unforeseen circumstances— which, luckily, only happens on the rare occasion.
Please review these policies carefully:
• All first-time online patron deposits go toward a virtual 30-min Meet & Greet.
• For all Outcall dates, a 25% deposit by cashapp is required to confirm your booking. This will be deducted from the total donation.
• For all outcalls outside of Burlington, a $25 gas fee is added to your total.***
• If we are spending time at a hotel overnight, paying for the room counts as a deposit.
***Currently NOT meeting with any patrons outside of Burlington and its surrounding towns.
Cancellations
I understand that life can interrupt our plans. If you need to reschedule, I am happy to try to accommodate changes within reason. Please read my policies below carefully.
In consideration of the time reserved for us, once booked, your deposit is non-refundable.
There are NO EXCEPTIONS to these terms below:
• If you cancel with 48-hours or more notice, your deposit amount can be applied to a future booking.
• If you cancel with less than 48-hours notice, you forfeit your deposit and will be required to send another for any future booking.
• If you cancel with less than 24-hours notice, you forfeit your deposit and rescheduling comes with an additional cancelation fee of $75.
• If you cancel with 12-hours or less notice, you are responsible for the total cost of the booking.
• 15+ minutes late to our appointment without a heads up at LEAST an hour prior will result in a $50 late fee.
• More than ONE last-minute cancelation may result in an indefinite suspension of services (last minute= < 24-hr notice).
***Late fees and cancelations fees can be paid via cash app $gaiabash or in person, upfront***
